Independent Evaluation shortlisted for Personal Injury Awards 2018

We are delighted to announce that Independent Evaluation has been shortlisted for the the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2018 for “Supporting the Industry”.

This is a considerable achievement for any organisation working in the personal injury sector. For all of us at IE, it is welcome recognition of the huge progress we have made in establishing IE as the optimal means of dispute resolution, and a highly successful alternative to the court process.

IE works because everyone wins; claimants, defendants, insurers and lawyers on all sides. For claimants, it means early resolution, avoiding stressful litigation. For insurers/the paying party, it means greatly reduced costs. For lawyers, it means efficient and cost effective caseload management.

By injecting the right independent expertise at an early stage and proactively managing cases to optimal resolution, IE achieves fair, expeditious and swift settlement. The experience and expertise of our Evaluators, who include former Court of Appeal Judges, means that IE resolves even the most difficult cases where legal issues seem intractable and relationships between parties have deteriorated.

Whilst we are proud to count some of the UK’s leading law firms, barristers’ chambers and insurers amongst our clientele, we hope that being shortlisted for the Personal Injury Awards will help raise our profile further within the industry and spread the word that IE works – for everyone.

By continuing to work together with the PI industry, we aim to change the legal landscape for good.

The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Manchester Hilton on 28 November.
