Online Evaluations

Online Evaluations – ideal for society’s ‘new normal’

If you are involved in a legal dispute or civil claim of any sort, bringing your case for Independent Evaluation will give you the best chance of achieving a good settlement, in weeks instead of years.

We would always recommend conducting Independent Evaluations face to face in the usual way, but when this is not possible, we can arrange for an Evaluation to be held by video conference instead. We originally introduced online evaluations some time ago, predominantly for claims disputes between insurers. This experience means we are well placed to provide online evaluations, when necessary, in the ‘new normal’ of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Usually, an Independent Evaluation involves face to face discussions in a private room. It only involves a few people, but they are likely to come from different households, so some clients prefer to have their Evaluation conducted online. This option also ensures that Evaluations can proceed without delay in the event of a local lockdown.

Fast, effective Online Evaluations

Just as video calls have now become the new normal in business, so they have in the legal world, too. In every other respect, the process remains the same:

  • Fast and highly successful process of dispute resolution
  • Top tier, specialist, independent Evaluator dedicated to your case
  • Efficient and effective one day Evaluation process
  • Unique combination of Evaluation and Facilitative Mediation means all aspects of the dispute are resolved on the Evaluation day, including costs.
  • Disputants participate directly and remain at the heart of the process
  • Prolific success rate
  • Private and confidential
  • Cost effective – with financial advantages for both claimants and defendants.

Well established over many years, IE is recommended by senior members of the judiciary and law firms across the country.
