With his vast experience of substantial, challenging negligence cases, Simon is acutely aware of the very real toll that litigation takes on all parties. He has long been interested in innovative alternatives to litigation and believes that Independent Evaluation (IE) is a force for good in the legal landscape, bringing fast and effective justice to parties in dispute. Simon has been instrumental in developing the successful model of IE for clinical negligence claims.
