Rhiannon was called to the Bar in 1993 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2015. She has expertise representing claimants and defendants in all areas of personal injury from catastrophic injury to chronic pain and fatal accident claims. Her clinical negligence expertise includes birth trauma, delayed diagnosis and failure to diagnose cardiac conditions. She handles an increasing amount of historic abuse work, such as acting for claimants who had suffered sexual abuse in foster care, on whose behalf she negotiated some of the highest awards ever made in such cases. This experience underpins her exceptional success as an Independent Evaluator.

Committed to the principle of fair, efficient and affordable justice, Rhiannon was one of the founding members of Independent Evaluation (then known as The Independent Evaluation & Facilitation Service).
